How long does delivery take?

We deliver in 24–48 hours across the European Union. Hair is stocked in Spain, so there are no import delays.

Are there customs charges for EU customers?

No. Since our stock is in Spain (EU), there are no customs procedures or additional charges for EU customers.

What is the minimum order?

For color-treated hair: minimum 100g. For natural black hair: minimum 500g. Contact us on WhatsApp for special conditions.

Where does the hair come from?

We source natural hair from premium suppliers worldwide, including the highly valued Slavic hair.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it. Sample orders have special conditions.

Do you work with individual clients?

We primarily work with salons, independent masters and distributors. If you are a professional or business, get in touch.

How do I place my first order?
